Buying guide · Sources checked September 22, 2026
For a business launch, compare the files you need before the logo previews. Turbologo Standard and Looka Premium are the packages to investigate when you need transparent backgrounds and vector files. Their entry packages are more limited. Neither gets an overall design-quality score here: this is a documentation-based comparison, without a purchased-export test.

Turbologo
Investigate Standard for web and print files. Confirm the access period for edits and downloads before buying.
Check Turbologo packages ↗Looka
Investigate Premium for logo files alone. Consider a Brand Kit only if its additional branded assets are useful to you.
Check Looka packages ↗What do the packages include?
The following summarizes the checked Turbologo package page and Looka logo-package guide. Confirm the package description at checkout.
| Need | Turbologo | Looka |
|---|---|---|
| Entry package | Lite: one 1000px image, no transparent background | Basic: one 1000 × 1000 PNG with a colored background |
| Transparent files | Standard lists transparent-background files | Premium includes transparent versions |
| Vector / print files | Standard lists PDF and SVG | Premium lists EPS, SVG and PDF |
| Extra brand assets | Business adds items such as business cards and email signatures | Brand Kit is separate from logo-only packages |
One-time purchase does not mean unlimited access to everything
Looka offers one-time logo packages and annual Brand Kit subscriptions. Its pricing FAQ says post-purchase edits exclude the company name. Decide on that name before paying.
Turbologo describes logo packages as one-time purchases and shows three-month and one-year access options. Some editing explanations also use subscription wording. We could not establish an unconditional lifetime editing promise from that page. Confirm the selected access duration and what happens when it ends.
There is no verified cheapest option for every reader. Turbologo’s checked page displayed GBP offers; Looka’s checked pricing page did not expose numeric amounts. Compare the final local-currency totals for packages containing the same files, including any recurring extras. We have not completed either checkout.

Select where you plan to use the logo. The result describes what to request, rather than picking a vendor for you.
How to choose between the designs
- Use the same brief. Enter the same business name, audience and visual direction in each service.
- Inspect the smallest use. Is the name readable in your website header? Does the symbol still work as a small profile image?
- Check contrast. Preview a light and dark background. A colored rectangle around the logo may be inconvenient on a different page background.
- Check the handoff. Ask a printer or designer which formats they need before selecting a package.
- Check what remains editable. Confirm name changes, layout changes, download access and the duration of any included editing service.
These are suggested checks, not observations from a Top10AI product test. Keep your brief and package receipt with downloaded files so you know what you purchased.
Questions before you buy
Is Looka subscription-only?
No. Its current pricing page separates one-time logo purchases from Brand Kit subscriptions.
Is the lowest-priced package enough?
Possibly for a simple image use, but check the required background and file format. The entry packages above do not provide the same file set as the packages intended for broader use.
Does a logo-file purchase guarantee a unique trademark?
Do not treat file ownership as a trademark clearance. Looka’s pricing FAQ distinguishes ownership of the complete logo from individual symbols and directs trademark questions to the appropriate local office.
