Documentation review and verdict
Primary documentation checked October 2, 2026. This review reports documented features and evaluation questions; no product test or performance score was completed.
Documentation checked October 2, 2026. No website was built or benchmarked for this review, and support response times were not tested.
This review covers IONOS MyWebsite Now. It is a candidate for a small business that wants guided site creation with hosting and editing in one package. That is an assessment of the documented fit, not proof that it is the cheapest builder or the fastest way to launch.
How the documented workflow works
IONOS describes starting with a business brief in an AI chat or choosing a template. During initial AI setup, changes apply globally, such as changing the colour scheme. Detailed edits follow in the website editor after creation. The separate AI page generator is not available in every package; check that your plan includes the functions you need.
Understand the UK introductory offer
The checked UK page advertises MyWebsite Now Plus at £1 per month for 12 months, excluding VAT, alongside a £16 monthly price. Do not treat the introductory figure as the ongoing cost. Confirm the post-offer price, minimum term, cancellation conditions and any extras in your actual offer.
The Plus card lists 50 GB webspace, up to 200 pages, a 12 GB email inbox and a domain for the first year. Its listed tools include AI text and image generation, AI page creation and online booking. Other packages have different allowances. These are UK product-page terms, not a universal offer for every visitor or market.
What to evaluate before choosing
Try the actual page structure, design changes, contact form and booking workflow you need. Check generated copy and images, keyboard access and phone layouts before publishing. If you need a store, confirm its payment and inventory requirements separately instead of assuming every website package includes them.
We have not verified claims of instant support, predictive performance, guaranteed search results or a universal cost advantage. Compare the full ongoing bill and required functions, not only the introductory price.
